- Start doing creative hobbies, like drawing, painting, writing, or playing music.
- Spend time outside in nature without any screens.
- Hang out and connect with more people offline.
- Read books to keep your brain engaged.
- Focus on a single task at a time so you aren't multitasking.
- Get some exercise to keep your body and mind healthy.
- Set time limits for how long you spend online or on social media.
- Avoid adopting brainrot slang terms from your friends and peers.
My number one piece of advice is to unplug. Go outside for a walk, go exercise, get some fresh air, and get some sunshine. One of my favorite activities is taking a walk with a loved one or friends. It combines spending time outdoors, interacting with other people, and getting a little bit of exercise.

Well, I just have to say that: there is a difference between Having brainrot and Knowing brainrot. You say you don't spend much time online, and yeah that's fine. In my opinion, as long as you don't actually use brainrot words you should be fine.
It's like the difference between ... well this is going to be a TERRIBLE example, but
its like knowing what a donut is, and actually eating the donut. You can know what a donut is without eating it, so if you don't want to eat it, and you don't eat it, you should be fine.
