There are a lot of healthy habits you can start to avoid brainrot. Try these:
  • Start doing creative hobbies, like drawing, painting, writing, or playing music.
  • Spend time outside in nature without any screens.
  • Hang out and connect with more people offline.
  • Read books to keep your brain engaged.
  • Focus on a single task at a time so you aren't multitasking.
  • Get some exercise to keep your body and mind healthy.
  • Set time limits for how long you spend online or on social media.
  • Avoid adopting brainrot slang terms from your friends and peers.

My number one piece of advice is to unplug. Go outside for a walk, go exercise, get some fresh air, and get some sunshine. One of my favorite activities is taking a walk with a loved one or friends. It combines spending time outdoors, interacting with other people, and getting a little bit of exercise.
