There are feminine straight men too! Feminine mannerisms don't automatically mean someone is gay.

Just because a man has had a girlfriend before doesn't automatically mean he's straight. He could be bi, pan, or another queer identity that includes attraction to women. He could be in the closet. He could have been exploring his sexuality. Having a girlfriend is not enough to confirm anything.
