It’s a statement of where you, as a company, are headed. A vision statement describes what the world will look like if you achieve your purpose. Your mission, on the other hand, lays out the method to get there. It answers the question “how?”. How are you going to make our vision a reality? How are you going to behave? How are we going to succeed? How will you know if you are making progress in achieving your vision?
