This wikiHow will teach you how to adjust your iPhone's system font via settings and by jailbreaking your iPhone.

Changing Font on an iPhone

Open your settings and click “Display & Brightness.” Tap “Text Size” to increase or decrease font size, or tap the button next to “Bold Text” to make the font bold. Or, open “Accessibility,” click “Display & Text Size,” and tap “Larger Text” to increase your font size.
