If you're not a paid subscriber, you can still get free help from experts through WordPress's official support forum . Log in to your WordPress account and navigate to the Support page to make a forum post. Wait at least 24 hours for a WordPress staff member to respond.
After logging in, press the question mark symbol at the bottom right of the page and click the ‘Contact Us’ link to send a support email. This resource is only available to paid subscribers.

Question

I downloaded a demo theme and had to do a database reset to try and get rid of it. Now my entire site is plain and I can't customize it. What can I do to fix the site?

If you are talking about the WordPress, then you need to force reinstall your WordPress from Dashboard > Updates > Re-Install Now. It happens usually in WordPress due to more nulled themes or corrupt data.
