Since each manufacturer does this a little differently, this wikiHow article teaches you how to access the BIOS on a Lenovo laptop or desktop PC.

Entering the BIOS via Function Key

Turn on your laptop and repeatedly press “F2” or “FN + F2” as it restarts. Repeat this process several times until the BIOS appears. If you’re running Linux, tap “F1” instead.
