The seed of a Minecraft Realm can be used to generate the world. It's a great way to discover or share new biomes whether you're on Xbox, PlayStation, Switch consoles, or PC. Here's how to find the seed of a Minecraft Realm on Java and Bedrock Edition.
Things You Should Know
- To find a realm seed on Minecraft Java, type /seed into the chat as an admin.
- On Bedrock, download a copy of the Realm, and then go to the Realm copy's Game Settings.
- You must be the admin or owner to get the seed of a Minecraft Realm.
Steps

Launch Minecraft and select Play . You should see a list of your Realms.

- Minecraft Bedrock Edition is available on Windows 10 and 11, Xbox One, Xbox Series S and X, PlayStation 4 and 5 , Nintendo Switch, Fire OS/TV, Android, and iOS.

Select the pencil icon next to the Realm. This will open the Game Settings .
- If you aren't already on this tab, select it from the left panel.

Scroll down and select Download World . It will take a few moments for the world to download.

Return to the list of active Realms. You'll find the Realm copy underneath Worlds .

Select the pencil next to the Realm copy. This will open the Game Settings .

Scroll down to find the seed. This will be underneath World Type .
