Finding Unread Emails in Gmail

In the Gmail app or on Gmail’s website, tap the search bar in your menu, type “is:unread” and hit “enter” to display unread emails. To display unread emails first, go to your settings, select your Gmail account, then tap “Inbox type.” From there, select “Unread first.”
