Hold ice cubes on it. It will freeze the slime and then you can crack it off. If this doesn't help, you may have to cut the slime out or take her to a professional groomer.

      About This Article

      Article Summary X

If you want to get slime out of your hair, try hopping into a warm shower and applying conditioner, since the oil in most conditioners will help break down the slime. You may also need to comb through your hair in the shower to break up the slime, and shampoo to remove any last bits of slime. Alternatively, if your conditioner doesn't work, try using a dollop of an oil-heavy product, such as mayonnaise, peanut butter, olive oil, vegetable oil, coconut oil, or baby oil. For the best results, apply these products in the shower and comb them out using a fine-tooth comb. Don't forget to use shampoo and conditioner afterwards, so you can wash out any lingering odors and slime.
