    I think it's good if you can do it first thing in the morning and do it last thing before you go to bed as two 25-minute sits. Then if grab a minute here and there to check in with your breath and break the momentum of your mind or mental chatter and come back to awareness of the present moment. It's a good way to integrate it into one's life with occasional longer retreats away from the busyness of life.
