The Black Tooth Grin was invented by the late Dimebag Darrell Abbott of Pantera and Damageplan. The drink was so hardcore and outrageous that its popularity grew among heavy metal performers and fans alike. This Concoction was named after a lyric from the song "Sweating Bullets" by Megadeth.

- 1½ ounces (45 milliliters) Crown Royal Canadian whisky
- 1½ ounces (45 milliliters) Seagram's 7 whisky
- 1½ ounces (45 milliliters) Coca-Cola
