In 1918, it was accepted that pink was appropriate for boys and light blue was the ideal color for girl. Overtime, however, our culture has associated the color pink with femininity. However, this doesn't mean that you can't rock pink as a Tomboy! If anybody asks, tell them pink is a boy's color.
