How do I become a falconer if there are no associations near where I live?

Find another falconer. Most likely there will be an association. Find a raptor rehabilitator nearby. They will most likely have a license and could be willing to train you. Places with lots of nuisance birds (beaches, stores, restaurants) will hire falconers to scare away the nuisance birds and if you track said falconers down they may take you as their apprentice or tell you where to find some.
