    Expert Answer
Yes, but keep in mind that extensions don't produce any oil. They are easy to damage, and over-processing can leave them dull and dry. Use a low-volume developer (10 or 20) to minimize damage.

You can use any developer to bleach hair. Higher volumes work faster but produce brassier colors and cause more damage. For this reason, I prefer to use 10 or 20 volume.

Stripping usually refers to removing dye. Quality human hair extensions should be virgin so there wouldn't be anything to strip. If they are colored, you can remove the dye with the same process you would use on regular hair.

You can attempt to bleach them again. If you've already tried multiple times, that could be an indication that your extensions aren't virgin human hair extensions, or they aren't a good grade of human hair extensions.
