  • Question
How can I increase strength without increasing muscle size too much. Is it possible? Almost the way cartoon (anime) characters do, like Luffy from One Piece?

    Top Answerer
Strength training is ultimately a skill, and there are two ways to improve it. One is by building muscle and the other is by training the nervous system to contract your muscles harder. Low rep, high weight, high tension training can do this. (Remember, high weight is relative, don't go benching 200kg if you struggle with 20kg). this is more complex than can be explained here, for more info look for "Power to the People" by Pavel Tsatsouline.
