What do I do to protect my Outlook account from a hack?

Set up a strong password: mix of upper- and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters. Even better - use a passphrase 2-step authentication. This way Outlook will send you a one-time code you need to enter along side your password every time you try to log in. Unless you have your phone or other device with you, hackers can't access your email even if they know the password. Set it to change the password every 72 days.

Go into Settings and click on Passcode. When asked for your Passcode, type it in. if you don't know your passcode go to a Apple. After you have typed in the correct passcode, you will see 'Change Passcode' in blue writing. Click on that and follow instructions.
