How do I unblock people from my story custom? I click the red x but they still can't see my story.

The red button is to not let them see it, so you should do the opposite. If you want them to see the story, there should not be a red cross next to their name.

If you posted the story before you did the "who can see my story," then they could still see it. You have to do the "who can see my story" before you post.
