What do I do if there is no horizontal line in my Google Chrome?

The latest Chrome update made the menu so that instead of three horizontal lines, there are three dots in a vertical line. It's in the same place as the three horizontal lines were. Press that button, and continue following the steps.

The "Display Google Chrome in this language" option is not showing. I'm using Version 78.0.3904.108, Official Version, 64 bites on a Mac. Where can I find this option?

Once you add the language or choose from the existing there you can find three dots on the right side of where the language is showed you, then click that and then the display Google Chrome in this Language shows up.
