QuestionHow can I get rid of scuff marks from shoes?Community AnswerYou can try to rub out scuff marks using a pencil eraser, a tennis ball, or your finger. You can also pour a couple drops of baby oil over the scuff mark, let it sit for a few minutes, and then rub and wipe it away.

QuestionHow do I take paint off linoleum floors?Community AnswerStart with a paint scraper for really built-up dry paint. It cuts down on scrubbing. Afterward, you can try using traditional Chore Boy along with significantly soapy water (add a stronger degreaser if necessary), along with good old fashioned elbow grease. First, try a small area before doing the entire floor to avoid damaging the surface. If the Chore Boy is too abrasive, try a sanding pad, traditionally used for smoothing out plaster of Paris. Lastly, give it a shine with your choice of floor cleaner or a magic eraser, which polishes the floor very nicely.

QuestionWhat can I do if I keep mopping my linoleum floor and it won't come clean?Community AnswerTry the old-fashioned way: elbow grease and a brush. Get a bucket of warm water, add 1/4 cup of vinegar, and get down on your hands and knees and go at it. Rinse with clean water.
