Usually people who don't have concentration in prayer are those that don't strive to perfect their prayer, so you should make sure your prayer is done correctly and sincerely. Also, try to forget about all worldly matters while praying; perhaps, before praying, you should recite some thikr or Qur'an to "get you into the mood" and help you focus for the prayer. • Question
How can a 12 year old/adolescent build a relationship with their imam, and be more afraid of Him and love him more?
    Ummshareef
    Top Answerer
If he already has a strong foundation of religious knowledge then at this age he needs to start building his daily routine of worship, for example to include more voluntary prayers, more time spent making dua (supererogatory prayers), and reading regular morning and evening adhkar to help him to stay mindful of Allah. Studying and reciting Qur'an will help him to become more focused on the Day of Judgement and to understand the reality of the Afterlife. This way he will learn that Allah loves him, but that he must love Him too or he will face the punishment that Allah has prepared for those that refuse to believe in Him or disobey Him.

I pray like two days and then when I study by youtube, I get distracted and then I skip my salah so what should I do to not skip ?
    Lia

If you have gotten to the point where you are skipping salah, then you know how badly this needs to be fixed. A simple way to solve this issue is to download an app on your phone that gives you a notification when it is time to pray. If you continue to get distracted, spit to your left three times. The reason for this is because Shaytan (Satan) is the one who distracts you and this keeps him away.
