There's lots of options. For a guy, a tight t-shirt or a partly or entirely unbuttoned button-up shirt would work. You could go with a crop top. For a gal, some examples of what you could do: - t-shirt and jeans or leggings or shorts or skirt; - a little short dress, shorter the better. If you want to emphasize your chest as well as your legs and hips, wear one with a neckline cut as low as you want; - for a top, crop top or even a bralette or bikini top; - for bottoms: pants, leggings, shorts, or short skirt. Booty shorts or a microskirt if you want to show off your butt.
