I have a card with deleted files on them - I can't remove them in the regular way. Is there another way to delete them?

Try cleaning the contacts on the memory card AND the PlayStation 2 system. If that does not work, try putting the card into the other slot. If that won't work either, try another PS2 system.

I've deleted all the old games off my PS2 memory card except for the icon that says "Memory Card (PS2) 1, Your System Configuration" with the date stamp underneath it. Should I delete that too?

Whenever I try to save a game on my memory card, it says no game card detected. The system says it reads it, though. What is wrong?

Try cleaning the game card. Usually if it doesn't detect the card, you can take it out and put it back in again. Consider buying another memory card if you can't resolve the issue because the card might be corrupted.

When I switched my PS2 console, the browser system configuration menu appears. How I do make my games run?

You need to put the game disc in to have the game run, as the screen with browser and system configuration appears when no readable game disc is inserted.

I use a memory card instead of a disc. How can I delete my saved games?

Make sure there is no disk in the PS2, and power it on. Select "Browser" and select the icon that looks like a memory card. Select the game you want to delete (NOT your System Configuration) with X, and press Delete. Make sure it is the correct file; if not, press O. Otherwise, press X. Once complete, press △ or O.
