QuestionWhat kind of food can I eat during exams?Community AnswerIt depends on the teacher/professor. If you are not allowed to have food or drinks in the exam room, don't bring any. If you are allowed, the best choice for a drink is either water or coffee (if caffeine helps you concentrate). The best choice for a food is something that does not crunch or something not too crumbly, and also something with some nutritional value, such as a protein bar or banana.

QuestionHow do you finish the paper within the time given?Community AnswerWhile it may not always be possible to finish within the time, being familiar with the format of the paper and knowing your content well will give you the best possible chance. Knowing when to move on to the next question is also useful - take the total time for the whole paper, and then divide by the number of marks in the paper. This will give you a rough idea of how long to spend per mark, so you don't waste too long on a short question and miss out an easier longer one later on. You can always come back to questions you've skipped or moved on from at the end if there is time to spare!

QuestionDoes music really help us concentrate?JacobCommunity AnswerMusic can help for some people, but it's not a shoe that fits everyone, per se. Music can help a lot of people because of how it may cause a boost of positivity, keeping them going through endurance, and possibly calmness too. Not everyone needs it though because it can get distracting, annoying, and likely block out your own thinking process. If you think music can help you, maybe test it out and see if it helps. Otherwise, most people don't because even when students are taking exams/tests in college, teachers don't allow it, so you should be sparingly reliant on it if you do.
