QuestionWhy can't the recipient download the video clip sent via Drive? They can view it but not download.Community AnswerUsually this is due to the permissions you have set for the file. In order to enable downloading, you should go to "Share" and type in the email of your recipient(s). Once you have done that, set their permissions to "Can Edit". They should be able to download the file now.

QuestionIf I send a video using Google Drive, can just the recipient see it, or do all of my Google contacts see it?Community AnswerOnly your recipient can see the video unless you share it with others. Your recipient can share it with others, but you can change this ability with the settings.

QuestionWill the person I send it to be able to see the video right away?Community AnswerDepending on the size of the video, there may still be a small waiting period before the video is officially "uploaded" to the drive to view (hosted by Google). The easiest route might be to send the email to your friend (with the link to the video) after 30 minutes to be safe -- so they can just click it.
