You can tell if someone else is using your IP address if you: 1. Open Command Prompt 2. Type ''ipconfig'' 3. Look for ''IPV4 Address'' 3. Type ''ping ''Your IPV4 Address here'. If you get no reply from that IP address that means you are the only with that IP address.
