    Community Answer
If the EDDM (every direct door) - abbreviation found in "stamp" area or above recipient mailing address - is there, then you are unable to remove yourself from this type of mail. Contact the NCOA (national change of address) and verify that your info is correct - remove all past outdated COA requests so you junk mail is unable to follow you.

    Community Answer
Contact the organization that is sending the mailer and request removal from their USPS mailing/marketing list. If the mailer is from a PAC use the IRS’s exempt website to search for their contact info. The sender is obtaining your info from your voter registration, which is public info. Limit what information you provide - phone and email are optional. There is no law stating an individual has to have a phone number or email. Deregister after each election, register at the last possible moment, vote early, then deregister.
