How can I get Siri to address me by name every time I call Siri?

Go to Settings -> General (or Siri on later phones) -> (Siri, if not already tapped) -> Make sure Siri is on. Then add your contact to My Info. If you do not already have a contact for yourself, create one! Siri will then know your name and other details. This could be considered as a privacy flaw. If this is the case, you can disable Siri from the lock screen in passcode settings. I recommend this because there is a subtle way for Siri to tell you or others your phone number on the lock screen.
