QuestionI have been trying for a week now, and can't get close to a hand stand. Also, I can't do a push up. What do I do?Community AnswerTry holding a plank position. Do this routine for a few times per day for a couple of weeks. This will help build up core and arm strength. Start your plank hold for 10 seconds, Increasing by a couple of seconds each day. Once you've mastered that, try that push-up again, and see how many you can do. Then, push up to that handstand!
