To remove tags, you must email Roblox and tell them that you are 13-15 years old and ask them to remove tags. They will remove the tags and they shouldn't come up anymore. But you must be 13-15 in order to have tags removed.

Here's a list of steps to follow to fix this: 1. If you're on Windows 10 try to search "roblox" in the search bar in the bottom left corner. Once "ROBLOX Player" appears right-click it and then select "Uninstall" in the drop down selection. 2. You should be in the control panel. Search "roblox" and right click it again, and then once again select Uninstall. The problem should be fixed. If this issue still happens then follow the steps below: 1. Press the Windows Key and R at the same time (⊞ + R) and type in %appdata%. 2. Back up one folder. 3. Select 'Local' and find Roblox. 4. Delete the Roblox folder. You're done! If it still continues then contact Roblox.
