Try writing down what you learn in a notebook! Some people find that they learn faster when they write everything down. Practice writing down your English-Spanish vocab, as well as some common sentences, such as: "How are you?" and "What time is it?" If there are any grammatical, tense, or gender rules that you are struggling with, write those down as well, along with some samples.
