    Not really, but that's okay. Our brains are trained to search for danger. We're always passively seeking out things that might put us in harm's way, so it's natural to be scared every now and then. The trick is to find ways to cope with that fear and accept it!

    This is a big one; a lot of people don't know how to do this. It's all about learning how to love yourself. They think that it's just about taking a long bath or doing something you enjoy, and that's great, but you really have to accept yourself in the moment. Knowing that you deserve the love you're expressing towards yourself is the key.

    Well, you can't. What you can do is focus on the problems that you're able to control. Once you stop worrying so much about what's not in your control, you'll start to feel a sense of peace, as you'll realize there's more within your domain than outside of it.
