  • Question
If I want to make it for 100 people, can I add water in milk and how many bottles will it need?
    Community Answer
Rooh Afza can be made with milk or water. Mixing water and milk together most likely wouldn't taste good so it's not recommended. The amount of syrup and liquid (milk or water) that you will need depends on how strong you want your Rooh Afza to taste. Try making a cup for yourself using around one tablespoon of Rooh Afza and mix it in with milk or water to see if you want it to be more or less sweet. To make it less sweet add more liquid, and to make if it tastes too weak add in more Rooh Afza. When you decide what the proper ratio is for your taste buds then you can use that ratio to make Rooh Afza for 100 people.
