You could but most of the time pressure washing siding is what is called a soft wash process. When soft washing, you're using chemicals to assist getting stains and organic matter off the surface. When using these chemicals you will need to allow them to dwell on the surface to start working on the surface. If it is raining, it would be very hard to for the chemicals to work as they would just wash off and be diluted.
