On your Zoom, you can share your screen by using the green "share screen" button on the bottom of your screen. Out of Zoom, you can simply select the photo/video you want to share, sign into your email account, and select send to share your file.

How can I watch my video?

Windows: Open your “Photos” folder using File Manager, it will be in the “Camera Roll” folder. Double click on the video you recorded. Mac: Open the Finder and open the "Movies" folder and look for your video. Double click on the video file to open it.
