I have a Jenn Air fridge with a freezer on the bottom. Every day or two I am finding water on the floor and there seems to be a buildup of ice on the bottom of the freezer. Why is this happening?

This is likely happening because you have a defrost problem, specifically in the defrost drain. The defrost drain gets clogged with debris, or even ice, causing a blockage. When the evaporator defrosts, the water doesn't drain, but instead, spills over into the bottom of the cabinet. Therefore, eventually making its way onto the floor.
