I can't get any details (like nipples) for the Sims once I've removed the blur. Is there something I can do?

By default, Sims have "Barbie anatomy" and won't have visible nipples or genitals. If you want to change this, you'll need to download and install skintones that have these.

I just installed a Sims 3 censor remover but i don't want it anymore. How do I uninstall it?

Just go to your Mods folder found under: file explorer/documents/electronic arts/sims 3/mods/packages and find a file that says "NRaas_Decensor.package" and right click it, then press delete.
