QuestionI recently bought a waist trainer (I wore it for an hour today for the very first time). Would it work if I wore it at night while I'm sleeping? I'd prefer to not wear it while at work, but once I get up to 6+ hours a day, that wouldn't be possible unless I wore it while sleeping. Thanks!Community AnswerThe best time to start wearing a waist trainer is about two hours before you go to bed and wear it all night. This will work very well. Just make sure that you make time to exercise as well, for good results everywhere.

QuestionI recently bought a waist trainer. I've had it for about 6 months and now it's starting to roll up when I wear it. What does that mean? Is it too big or too small, or what?Community AnswerIt sounds like the waist trainer is too small for you and that you may need to try a larger size. If you want to make sure before buying a new one, try to contact the manufacturer and see if they can offer you advice on sizing. That will take the guesswork out of buying your next one. Good luck!

QuestionHow do I know if my waist trainer is laced properly?Community AnswerYou should feel sufficiently squeezed along your torso, but still find breathing comfortable, and not experiencing any pain or numbness anywhere in your body. As you gradually train and become habituated to having something tied up at your waist, you will get comfortable making it tighter. I moved from the first hook to the second in about 2-3 days, and went from wearing it for 2 hours at a time to 4. Take it slow.
