My stud is like enclosed in my nose. How do I stretch the hole open more to put my hoop back in?

Is it okay to take out a cartilage earring while cleaning it?

You should wash your piercing with soap and water in the shower daily, but make sure not to twist the piercing, touch it without washing your hands, or clean it too deeply. If there is a large build-up of pus, then it is okay to take out the earring. Otherwise, leave it alone and let your body do the healing.
