Danny received his Personal Trainer Certification from the California State University, East Bay and the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).Leg lifts would probably be my top recommendation. Just keep in mind, this won't technically tighten the skin. Your body doesn't really work like that. What will do is tone your muscles and give you the appearance of a tighter stomach, though.
