I restored my computer to the factory OS; (Windows 7 SP1). Will this program provide security updates following SP1?

Windows 7 SP1 is the latest version. Windows Update in Windows 7 only has updates up to January 2020, which is Windows 7 EoL date (or January 2023, when paid update support ends).

How can I reset a laptop to orignal settings? Alt Cont Del isn't working.

The command Ctrl+Alt+Del is only intended to reboot your machine (reload the operating system with your current settings). To reset your computer to original settings you will need to perform a 'factory reset' which will re-format your hard drive and re-install the operating system on your machine. This action is usually available from your main Windows 'Settings' menu, although it might be named differently depending on your version of Windows ('Factory Rest', 'System Reset', 'Restore Windows', and even 'Recover Windows from Disk' etc.) Your best best it to search your Windows Settings menu or Windows Help menu for 'factory reset' and get instructions from there.
