The approximate street number is displayed on the top left corner of your screen. This number should not be used for mailing, as the number is not exact, and is rarely correct.

How can we see the back of a building?

You would simply click directions to where the back of the building is. Depending on where the back of the building is, you might not be able to see it completely, as some buildings, like shops, the back of the store is surrounded by vegetation and/or people's houses, and Google didn't drive there.

I would like to view my home in Street View from past years. How can I do it?

Within Street View, there is a clock icon with arrows that provides a drop-down menu. Click it, and you'll see past versions of the location, from earliest to newest. The oldest versions from 2009 and earlier will have a blurry effect which gives off a very dreamy and nostalgic feel, especially if the pictures were taken at sunset. Not all locations in Google Maps have different years yet.
