Sub categories are not available. However, you can create several separate categories, for example Chicken Recipes, Crock Pot Beef Recipes, and so on. This is very common on Pinterest.

Yes. Go to their profile and there will be a drop-down icon that looks like a gear, like the standard settings icon. Click on that and it will give you the option to message them. You can also send them pins by clicking the send button on a pin or clicking and dragging it to a conversation that you already have.

Try going to your profile, and above your name there should be a settings icon. Click on the settings icon and then click on the red button that says "Save settings." This refreshes your profile, and you should then be able to see the pins you saved to your board.

I want to change my email back to a previous one. How do I do that?

Go to your profile picture (the second icon from the right side of the search bar) and click on it. Next, there should be a gray settings icon above your profile name to click on. Once you have clicked on it, you can click by the email address space, press the delete button to delete your old email, and type in the previous email you would like to use. Finally, click Save Settings at the bottom and you're done.

Can I move a pin to a different folder?

Go to your board with the pin you would like to move. Click on that pin, then click on the pencil edit gray icon above the pin, and it should come up with "edit this pin". Then, where it says the board it currently is in in a gray oval shape, there should be a little black arrow by it. Click on the arrow, and it should come up with your other board options. Then just click on the new board you want it in, click on the red save button, and it should move to the new board. You might then need to refresh your page. To do this you can go to your profile, click on the gray setting sign above your profile name, and click save settings.
