There is a "Transfer to bank" option. You might need to link your debit card first if you have not already done that. Click the button in the top left that looks like three horizontal bars on top of each other to find the transfer option.

How do I post my Venmo link?

To find your Venmo code and share it, tap the "☰" icon in the upper-left corner of the app. There you can see you Venmo code next to your profile picture. If you tap on your code, it will open a screen displaying your it. From there, click on the Share icon to display options for how to send the code to a friend. Your code can be texted, emailed, printed and more through this menu.
