How can I change my old email ID to a new one?

If you’re referring to your iCloud email address, there’s no way to change that unfortunately. However, if you’d like to create a new Apple account, you can do so and use the email address of your choice, as long as it isn’t being used by someone else. If you’d like, you can remove all devices from your old Apple account as well. Merging accounts is currently impossible, and so is transferring purchases from your old account. If you have made important purchases (apps, app upgrades, etc.) on your old account, you’re most likely better off keeping your old Apple account.
