If the worst comes to the worst, you can always go on your phone and look at a few random memes on the Internet, to lighten your spirit!

You will have to become desensitized to the many punches and kicks, so start small with having an opponent throw less punches and kicks than usual. However, if you are a higher rank (such as above purple), it will be expected of you to be able to tolerate the sparring.
