Mushroom and Spinach Ravioli with Cream Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
* 1 package (9 oz) mushroom and spinach ravioli
* 1 cup heavy cream
* 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tbsp butter
* Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the ravioli according to package instructions and drain.
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the heavy cream to the skillet and bring it to a simmer.
Reduce the heat to low and add the grated Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and incorporated into the cream sauce.
Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss to coat with the cream sauce.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
