Then, begin humming to activate the muscles of your jaw. Stop when you run out of breath. Perform 3 sets of 15 reps. Vowel Sounds Open your mouth as wide as you can and say “O,” followed directly by “E.” Make sure to exaggerate the sounds. Complete 3 sets of 15 reps. Chin Ups Close your mouth, push out your jaw and lift your lower lip. You’ll feel a stretch in your jawline. Hold the position for 10 to 15 seconds before relaxing. Complete 3 sets of 15 reps. Neck Curls Lie on your back on a mat and fold your hands over your stomach. Pull your chin towards your chest, then lift your head about 2 inches off the ground. Lower back to starting position. Start with 3 sets of 10 reps. Pigeon Head Have a seat on the floor and hug your knees to your chest. Make sure your chin is level with the floor, then stick out your neck and jaw at the same time. Move your neck backwards a few inches as you press your chin and jaw into your neck. Start with 3 sets of 10 reps.
