Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli with Tomato Sauce Recipe
Ingredients:
* 1 package (9 oz) spinach and ricotta ravioli
* 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* Salt and pepper to taste
* Parmesan cheese for topping
Instructions:
Cook the ravioli according to package instructions and drain.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the can of diced tomatoes to the skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer the tomato sauce for 5-7 minutes until it thickens slightly.
Add the cooked ravioli to the skillet and toss to coat with the tomato sauce.
Top with grated Parmesan cheese and serve hot.
