This smoothie is great when you want something filling that is also packed with tons of protein. You can also add a scoop of peanut butter protein powder if you are trying to up your protein intake.
Ingredients:
* 1 ripe banana
* 1 cup ice cubes
* ½ cup whole milk (or alternative milk of your choice)
* ¼ cup Greek yogurt
* 1 Tbsp. peanut butter
* ½ tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add a little more liquid if smoothie is too thick.
